Penske is hiring CDL Class A drivers for home-daily deliveries to automotive dealerships across dedicated accounts. The role features a five-day work week, with competitive pay and incentives, plus a broad benefits package.

Average annual pay is $73,476 with potential incentives up to $10,400. Hazmat endorsement required upon hire; safety-focused culture, weekly pay, and opportunities for training across nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and U.S. domicile.
• Non-excepted Interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with ≤2 moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency as required by federal law.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• DOT safety sensitive role with emphasis on safety and alertness.

Responsabilités

• Deliver multi-stop loads of parts to automotive dealerships.
• Perform unloads with pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
• Work at various dedicated accounts and shifts as needed.

What you will do:

Work at various dedicated accounts and shifts as needed

Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships

Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages

Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence

Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required

1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years

3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.

Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
