Job description

As a Truck Driver - CDL Class A, you will operate a tractor trailer that transports cargo daily to and from local customer locations. You will prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick-up of goods to ensure timely service. You will load, secure, unload cargo, and maintain a log of travel and cargo according to federal and state regulations.

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 7:00AM - 4:30PM

A Day in The Life of a CDL Truck Driver

You will be responsible for transporting cargo to and from designated destinations. Responsibilities include preparing, receiving, and providing documentation for deliveries or pickups to ensure timely service. *Must have a "satisfactory" driving record. Must hold a valid CDL Classification/Certification. Requires applicable truck driver license for the state.

• Drive trucks with capacity up to three tons and usually six wheels to transport materials.
• Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo.
• Deliver materials to customer-designated locations.
• Obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery and assist with unloading the truck.
• Perform warehouse duties when not driving or making deliveries.

Education & Experience
