Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B Commercial Driver to join our Transportation team in Tempe, AZ. You will lead daily shred operations, safely operate a CDL vehicle, and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

The role requires at least 1 year of route driving experience, the ability to lift 65–250 lbs, and a focus on safety and DOT compliance. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany a stable, long-term position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's license required; Class A welcome but pay set at Class B rates.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience in a busy city environment preferred.
• Proven ability to perform substantial physical labor (pushing/pulling/squatting/walking up to 7 miles daily) while moving 65-250 lb bins.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shred operations by driving a 24- or 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (avg. 30 stops) and service customer shred bins.
• Utilize a handheld Zebra scanner to track bin service and route activity.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety procedures while delivering outstanding customer service as the face of Iron Mountain.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a CDL vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders . We’re looking for professional drivers to help move Iron Mountain into the future.

• What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will: Lead daily shred operations by driving a 24 or 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (avg. 30 stops) and managing the secure delivery and servicing of customer shred bins. Support route efficiency and secure documentation by consistently utilizing a handheld Zebra scanner to accurately track bin service and manage daily route activity. Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety/security procedures while providing outstanding customer service as the face of Iron Mountain.

• What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have:A valid Class B Commercial Driver's Class A is welcome, but pay is set at Class B rates.At least 1 year of route driving experience in a busy city environment, such as downtown Seattle, is preferred. Proven ability to perform substantial physical labor, including pushing, pulling, squatting, and walking up to 7 miles per day while moving bins weighing between 65-250 lbs. Must be at least 21 years of age to meet commercial driving and company requirements.

• What We Offer (Benefits) Salary details : Competitive pay between CDL B $22.50 depending on experience.

• Shifts : Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m. until the end of the shift. Location : Tempe, AZ.
