Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Lebanon, TN, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits and a driving career you can feel good about. Solo miles and per diem pay are outlined, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule that includes a Sunday-Friday cycle. You will operate sleeper, reefer and inverter-equipped dry vans with a variety of freight.

Pay starts at $1,800+ per week, with top earners up to $2,100 weekly. Training is provided, and company support is strong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.57 per Mile with 2579 Miles per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night with 2 nights per Week on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Drop and Hook Pay: $10.00 per Drop & $10.00 per Hook
• Solo Stops Pay:$25.00 per Stop with 4 Stops per Week
• Paid Training
• Sign on Bonus: Pays you $3000 with $1500 at 30 days, $1500 at 90 days
• Schedule: Sunday - Friday with Sunday being a 10PM start time and back Friday morning by 8AM
• Start Time: 10:00 PM Dispatch
