Ryder System, Inc. in Marion, VA is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. The role runs Sunday through Friday with an AM dispatch, delivering solo routes regionally in Sleeper tractors and various trailers.

Expect a base pay of $1,860 per week, with additional pay for miles, stops, and night/weekend schedules. Ryder provides paid training, medical, dental & vision coverage after 30 days, PTO from day 1 (up to 80 hours), uniforms and boot allowance, a 401(k) with company match, and

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.62 - $0.67 for per Mile with 2500 - 3000 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay:$19.05 per Stop with 3 - 7 Stops per Week
• Nights out: 4-5 Times Per Week
• Safety Bonus:Pays You $500 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
• Sign on Bonus:Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
• Loyalty Bonus:Pays you $1750 at 6 months and $1750 at 1 year
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Sunday - Friday
• Start Time: AM Dispatch

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• OR
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
