Ryder System, Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate regionally with a strong benefits package and weekly pay. You will drive safe, compliant, and on-time deliveries across designated routes.

The role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, $2,000+ weekly earnings potential, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have Class A CDL with endorsements.
• 9 months experience within past 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years.
• Must pass Ryder drug test, background check and DOT physical.
• Must pass Ryder road test and provide required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company rules.
• Safely load/unload or assist with freight as required.
• Maintain accurate records and time logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Equipment: Manual Pallet Jack, Rollers, Lift Gate and Moffett
• Freight:Mix of Touch/No Touch
• Endorsements:Must be willing to obtain

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
