Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to operate on a regional basis in the Sturbridge, MA area. You will drive well-maintained flatbed 48’ trailers, deliver solo to MA, CT and PA, and manage load securement with straps, chains, and tarps.

Expect weekly pay, per diem, and comprehensive benefits. Startup times and routes are clearly defined, with a focus on safety and reliability. 45+ hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and a $1500 weekly guarantee support your

• Flatbed experience required.
• Must maintain safety standards on the road and in loading.
• Strong attention to load securement and compliance with DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SOLO to MA, CT and PA on regional routes.
• Operate 48’ flatbed trailers with safety and efficiency.
• Secure loads using straps, chains, and tarps and adhere to schedule.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $28.50 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: 45 + hours per week
• $1500 Weekly Guarantee
• Per Diem: $50 per night with 3-5 nights out per week
• Mileage Reimbursement, Rental Car and Travel Pay
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 5:30 AM
