Ryder System, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Part-Time Class A CDL Truck Driver. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a Local home daily route with a 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM start depending on the route.

You will drive a Day Cab tractor with a Dry Van 53' trailer, performing no-touch freight and benefiting from uniforms/boot allowance and employee discounts. The schedule includes weekends with some weekday work.

Competenze

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months in 3 years OR 2 years in 5 years OR 5 years in 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $23.50 Per Hour
• Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week
• Loyalty Bonus:Pays You $1200 1/2 at 6 months 1/2 at 1 year

• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday and some through the week
• Start Time: 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM start depending on route

Requirements
