Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.61 per Mile with 1700 - 1800 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay:$30.00 per Stop with 5 - 10 Stops per Week
• Safety Bonus:Pays You $500 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday NO WEEKENDS
• Start Time Between: 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM Dispatch
