Pay: $2100 or more per week, paid weekly. Hourly pay: $27.00/hr + $1 for every 3 certifications/endorsements. Overtime after 40 hours. Per diem: $50/night. Overnight stays at Ryder booked hotels or sleeper cabs. Paid travel. Sign-on bonus: $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days. Yearly tenure bonus: $1000. Paid training. Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible weekends. Shift varies.
Trucks are 3 years or newer. Service includes 24/7 roadside maintenance. Delivery routes: Western 11 states, regional OTR. Equipment: Day cab or sleeper, straight truck. Trailers: Dry van, reefer, flatbed 28’, 48’, 53’. Equipment includes electric pallet jack. Experience: Flatbed and doubles require 6 months experience. Hazmat preferred. Automatic restrictions accepted. Freight: Touch and no-touch.

Requirements include: minimum 21 years old, passing drug tests, background checks, DOT physical, road test, CDL with endorsements, and specific experience requirements (9 months in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5, or 5 years in last 10).
Responsibilities include compliance, safety, record keeping, freight handling, and other duties as assigned.
