Driver earnings average $1900+ per week, with top 10% earning over $100k/year. Benefits include weekly pay, hourly rate of $27 plus $1 per 3 certifications, overtime after 40 hours, $50 per night per diem, hotel stays for overnight routes, paid travel, sign-on bonuses, annual tenure bonuses, paid training, and a flexible schedule.
Trucks are three years or newer. Drivers service the route, not the truck, with 24/7 roadside maintenance. Deliver solo to VA, MD, DE, PA, NJ, NYC, and DC using day cabs, sleepers, or straight trucks. Equipment includes various trailer types, with required endorsements for hazmat, tanker, and doubles/triples. Experience in load securement is necessary.
