Position Description

Immediate opening for a Solo Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Baltimore, MD. We are seeking the right candidate to join our team.

Compensation includes an average weekly pay of $1900, with top drivers earning over $100k/year. Benefits include weekly pay, base pay plus bonuses, overtime, per diem, sign-on and tenure bonuses, paid training, and a flexible schedule.

Our trucks are three years or newer. Drivers service routes, not trucks, with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling support across 800+ facilities.

Route Details

• Deliver solo to VA, MD, DE, PA, NC, NJ, NY
• Equipment includes Day Cab, Sleeper, and 26' Straight Truck
• Trailers include Flatbed, Dry Van, Reefer, Conestoga, Curtainside, Containers
• Endorsements required: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples
• Manual transmission experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, and DOT physical
• Valid CDL with endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5, or 5 years in past 10
