Compensation and Benefits

• Top drivers earn $1700+ per week; top 10% can make $120k/year
• Paid weekly
• Hourly pay: $27.00 base + $1 per 3 certifications/endorsements
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Hours per week: 40+
• Per diem: $50/night
• Overnights in hotel or sleeper, paid travel
• Sign-on bonus: $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days
• Tenure bonus: $1000 annually from Nov 1 to Oct 31
• Paid training

Equipment and Route Details

• Trucks are three years or newer
• Route: New England / Northeastern States
• Tractor types: Day cab, sleeper, straight truck/flatbed
• Trailers: 48'-53' flatbed, dry van, reefer, conestoga, curtainside, container
• Endorsements: Hazmat, tanker, doubles/triples required
• Equipment: Pallet jack, rollers, lift gate, Moffett
• Freight: Mix of touch/no-touch
• Load securement: strapping, tarping, chaining
