Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Home daily with routes to OK, TX, KS, AR, NM, MO; sleeper/day cab tractors; 53' reefer; backhaul and stop pay; paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+.
• Pass Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check for last 3 years.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test plus appropriate CDL and endorsements.
• Must have Class A verifiable tractor-trailer experience: 9 months past 3 years, 2 years past 5 years, or 5 years past 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Avg is $0.67 cpm with 1500+ Miles per Week
• Stop Pay: $25.50 per stop with 2 - 4 stops per day
• Backhaul Pay: $29.50 per backhaul
• Paid Training
• Schedule: 7 Days a week operation - Two days off
• Start Time: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $1250 at 6 months and $1250 at 1 year

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road testProvide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
