Ryder is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for Earth City, MO. The role offers a weekly guarantee and additional pay components for mileage and stops, with home daily routes and no weekend work. Training is provided and a strong emphasis is placed on safety and professionalism.

Drivers operate day cabs on 150-mile radius routes, with mostly no-touch freight and 40+ hours per week. The position includes benefits after 30 days and a route that supports a stable home life for drivers.

Qualifications

• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months, OR 2 years, OR 5 years within specified windows
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Minimum 21 years of age

• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Solo Miles: $0.530 cpm with 1400 miles per week
• Stops: $15.447 per stop with 40 - 60 stops per week
• Hours Per Week: 40 or more hours per week
• Tenure Bonus:Pays You $300 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday – Friday OFF WEEKENDS
• Start Time: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM Dispatch

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test

  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
