Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver based in Albert Lea, MN. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and paid training.

Drivers earn weekly on-account pay and mileage/stop bonuses, with a home-daily route and day cab/trailer options. Start times range from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, with training provided to become proficient on all necessary equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Possess a Class A CDL with endorsements for the position.
• Minimum driving experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Solo Miles Pay:$0.55 per Mile with 2400 Miles per Week


• Solo Stops Pay:$15.00 per Stop with 15 - 20 Stop per Week

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
