Commodity Forwarders is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time CDL A Truck Driver to join our Transportation department. This non-exempt position offers an hourly rate between $29 – $34/hr., depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to work at our Seattle, WA branch.

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule may vary based on business needs)

Your Responsibilities:

• Transport perishable freight to and from company locations, airlines, customers, or cargo facilities.
• Use electronics such as iPods or Apple products comfortably.
• Identify, document, and explain issues or discrepancies with freight.
• Load and unload freight at warehouses and delivery sites.
• Verify the accuracy of shipment paperwork.
• Screen domestic air freight as needed.
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Remain on your feet and move in and out of refrigerated rooms.
• Meet the following minimum requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background checks
• Class A Driver's License
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Clean driving record
• Valid Medical Card (DOT)
