Commodity Forwarders is looking for a Seasonal Part Time CDL A Truck Driver to fill a position within our Transportation department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $29 – $34/hr. depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Seattle, WA Branch.

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (The schedule may change based on business needs.)

Your Role:

• Transport perishable freight to and from the company location to Airlines, customers, or cargo facilities.
• Comfortable using electronics such as an iPod or Apple products.
• Able to identify, document, and explain issues and/or discrepancies with freight.
• Ability to load and unload freight at warehouse and delivery location.
• Verify paperwork accuracy for shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Screening domestic air freight as needed.
• Able to lift 70 lbs.
• Be on your feet and go in and out of refrigerated rooms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check.
• Class A License.
• Must have the ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Clean Drivers Abstract.
• Valid Medical Card (DOT).
