Benefits & Compensation

• Earn $1700+ per week; top 10% drivers can make $120k/year
• Paid weekly
• Hourly pay: $27.00 base + $1 per 3 certifications/endorsements
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 40+ hours per week
• Reliable transportation required
• Per Diem Pay: $50/night
• Overnights booked at hotel or sleeper
• Paid travel
• Sign-on bonus: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days
• Tenure bonus: $1000 annually from Nov. 1 to Oct. 31

Equipment & Route

• Trucks are three years or newer
• Service route: New England/Northeastern States
• Tractor types: Day cab, sleeper, possible straight truck/flatbed
• Trailer types: 48'-53' flatbed, dry van, reefer, conestoga, curtainside, container (flatbed preferred, reefer required)
• Endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples required
• Equipment: Manual pallet jack, rollers, lift gate, Moffett
• Freight: Mix of touch/no touch; product varies
• Load securement: strapping, tarping, chaining

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, motor vehicle check, DOT physical, road test
• Valid CDL with endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations
