Job summary

INNOMARK is seeking a Truck Driver for 1st shift in Fairfield, OH to locally transport materials between our facilities, including packages and pallets. You will travel to vendors to pick up paper supply or finished materials.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Class A CDL, has experience with route planning, safety compliance, and maintenance checks. We offer comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and clean driving record.
• Experience with route planning and safety compliance.
• Familiar with forklift operation and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and materials between facilities.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and perform basic maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document driving logs and receipts; manage fuel/toll records.
• Record loading/unloading steps in the system and follow policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Transport finished goods and materials to and from warehouses.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Valid truck driving license – Class A CDL
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
• Experienced in operating forklift and pallet jacks.
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
