Job summary

Ironmark is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver in Annapolis Junction, MD to operate a 26' box truck across the DMV area, including Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. Full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday.

You will load/unload, maintain delivery records, and provide professional service at every stop. The role requires safety-mindedness, valid license, DOT compliance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a driving record meeting Ironmark's driver eligibility requirements.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and substance testing.
• Experience safely operating delivery vehicles, including larger trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate delivery records.
• Dependability, good judgment, and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Ironmark's 26' box truck to transport products and materials throughout the DMV area.
• Load and unload deliveries, confirming correct products and quantities.
• Complete scheduled customer, vendor, mail, and inter-company pickup/delivery runs.
• Maintain accurate daily delivery records, including job information and quantities.
• Coordinate with the Shipping Manager on deliveries, schedule changes, and issues.
• Provide professional, responsive service when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Follow driving laws, safety requirements, and Ironmark policies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ironmark is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Delivery Driver to operate our 26' box truck and help keep products and materials moving where they need to go.

You'll make deliveries and pickups throughout the DMV area, including Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Annapolis, as well as between Ironmark locations and vendor facilities. You'll safely load, transport, and unload materials, maintain accurate delivery records, and provide excellent service at every stop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Safely operate Ironmark's 26' box truck to transport products and materials throughout the DMV area.
• Load and unload deliveries, confirming that the correct products and quantities are transported to each destination.
• Complete scheduled customer, vendor, mail, and inter-company pickup and delivery runs.
• Maintain accurate daily delivery records, including job information and quantities for each stop.
• Coordinate closely with the Shipping Manager regarding deliveries, pickups, schedule changes, questions, or issues encountered on the road.
• Provide professional, responsive service when interacting with customers, vendors, and Ironmark team members.
• Follow applicable driving laws, safety requirements, and Ironmark policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Ironmark's driver eligibility requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete required DOT physical and substance testing.
• Experience safely operating delivery vehicles, with the ability to maneuver a larger vehicle in tight delivery areas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate delivery records.
• Dependability, good judgment, and the ability to stay organized and meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the physical activities associated with loading and unloading deliveries.

Preferred

• Current DOT medical card.
• Previous experience driving a box truck or similar commercial delivery vehicle.
• Familiarity with driving routes throughout the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Annapolis areas.
