INNOMARK is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the fulfillment order process for clients and their online catalogs, based in West Chester, OH. This full-time role combines sales collaboration with customer service to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, run routine reports, and support customers from order to ship. The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and the ability to perform under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service regarding ship dates, inventory levels, placing orders and managing Bill of Ladings and pack slips.
• Coordinate regularly with supervisory staff of other departments to ensure effectiveness and meet deadlines.
• Fulfill New Store Orders, daily and rush orders.
• Run weekly SQL reports to monitor inventory levels, current inventory quantities, inventory usage, backorders, etc.
• Provide tracking numbers to clients once orders have been picked/shipped from system.
• Assist warehouse personnel with fulfillment work when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service regarding ship dates, inventory levels, placing orders and managing Bill of Ladings and pack slips.
• Coordinate regularly with the supervisory staff of other departments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all involved departments and to meet deadlines.
• Fulfill New Store Orders, daily and rush orders.
• Run weekly SQL reports to include low inventory levels, current inventory quantities, inventory usage, backorders, etc.
• Supply tracking numbers to clients once orders have been picked/shipped from system.
• Assist warehouse personnel with fulfillment work when need arises.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
