Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking qualified truck drivers to deliver orders to customers across all shifts, including weekends, in PCA trucks. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and dependable service.

Drivers will follow DOT regulations, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain log books or e-logs, and report equipment deficiencies. Joining PCA means contributing to reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License and 2+ years of Tractor/Trailer driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.
• Dependable and safety conscious.
• Consistent on-time performance and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent driving record.
• EOBR knowledge preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: $26 per hour.
• Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
