• Operate Tractor and Trailer equipment in compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations for private fleet.
• Must possess Class A CDL; Hazmat endorsement a plus.
• Pass background check.
• Pass all pre‑employment and periodic physicals and drug screens.
• Good time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Safety‑focused team player with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight between various locations over long distances, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform equipment inspections before and after each trip to ensure no safety or mechanical issues.
• Plan routes to avoid traffic, delays, or unnecessary tolls, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding delivery times and other arrangements, including obtaining signatures upon delivery.
• Verify that the receiving teams unload the correct number of items per the bill of lading; report any issues to the Logistics Manager.
• Secure the load before each stop to prevent damage.
• Follow all WinTech Logistics policies.

Education and Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience required; 5 or more years preferred.
