Job summary

Charah Solutions, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a dependable Dump Truck Operator to support ash management and site operations.

You will drive and maneuver dump trucks in off-road settings, operate water trucks for dust control, and coordinate with crew members to move loads safely. This role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of truck operating experience, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum one year experience operating trucks.
• Experience driving in a construction or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ash management, structural fills and landfills preferred.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their repair and maintenance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Safely unload material into designated areas
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
• Must be able to quickly and repeatedly adjust controls of machine to exact positions as necessary
• Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
