Qualifications

As a Truck Driver, you'll play a vital role in transporting materials—including dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and equipment—to various job sites, as well as managing materials in our yard. You'll operate a variety of trucks (belly dumps, dump trucks, semi-tractor trailers, and more) and be trusted to work independently, with plenty of opportunities to showcase your expertise and initiative.

Your Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of tractor/trailer experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid CDL A license (current and compliant with all state requirements).
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission. (No E Restriction).
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions as required.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
• Willingness to train and mentor new drivers.
• Ability to wear PPE as required and comply with OSHA/MSHA standards.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
