Job summary

Royal Hawaiian Movers: A DeWitt Company in Hawaii seeks a driver to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned routes. You will clearly communicate with dispatch and customers and conduct pre-trips on all equipment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading deliveries, assisting in the warehouse as needed, and maintaining a flexible schedule while following detailed instructions and company safety practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean driving history.
• Professional driving experience with large vehicles (flatbed, box truck).
• Medical card preferred.
• Safe and defensive driving skills required.
• Must comply with DOT regulations including hours of service.
• Authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report damages or injuries promptly.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a valid Hawaii Driver's License with clean driving history required
• Professional driving experience with large vehicles such as flatbed, box truck etc..
• An existing medical card preferred
• Safe and defensive driving skills are a must
• Must comply with all DOT regulations, including hours of service rules
• Must be authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years old
• Adhere to and follow ALL company "Safety" practices, policies, and procedures.
• Report all damages and/or injuries in a timely manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles
• Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted
• Alert, focused and detail-oriented
• Physically and mentally fit
• Ability to crouch, bend, sit, and get in and out of truck unassisted
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (including marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC)
