Job summary

Royal Hawaiian Movers in Honolulu, HI is seeking a skilled delivery driver to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned routes. You will communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, and perform pre/post trips on all equipment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, assisting in the warehouse, and maintaining a flexible schedule while following detailed instructions. DOT compliance and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Hawaii Driver’s License with clean driving history required.
• Professional driving experience with large vehicles such as flatbed, box truck etc.
• An existing medical card preferred.
• Safe and defensive driving skills are a must.
• Must comply with all DOT regulations, including hours of service rules.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and be at least 18 years old.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Adhere to and follow ALL company “Safety” practices, policies, and procedures.
• Report all damages and/or injuries in a timely manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles
• Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted
• Alert, focused and detail-oriented
• Physically and mentally fit
• Ability to crouch, bend, sit, and get in and out of truck unassisted
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening(including marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC)
