Classification: Non-exempt (Union Position)

Salary Grade: The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00–$30.00, commensurate with experience, education, and other job-related factors

Reports to: Manufacturing General Manager

Summary

Combination Driver/Shipping and Receiving responsibilities in and around the Hanover, MA warehouse. $2500 Sign-on BONUS if hired by July 15th! (CDL REQUIRED)

Essential Functions

Driving Duties

• Full Time Driving Duties – Experience & Class B Massachusetts Driver’s license (this is a commercial driver's license) Required
• Ability to operate company straight Truck to deliver products to customers, suppliers, and other company sites throughout local area, state and region
• Must have active DOT Medical Card
• Must comply with DOT regulations including Mandatory Random Drug testing and adequate driving record
• Must complete vehicle circle checks and pre/post inspections on every trip and complete required post trip reports
• Responsible for loading and/or unloading of trucks
• Ensures proper maintenance and care of trucks and care of Buckley products
• General knowledge of State & Federal motor carrier regulations
• Must be safety oriented and report all incidents

Shipping/Receiving duties

• Put Away and Retrieve Stock
• Pick Orders and stage on Dock
• Operate Forklift and Hand Trucks
• Handle work orders
• Must be safety oriented
• Learn UPS Machine and handle orders as necessary
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
• Work with Office and Sales Staff
• Ability to lift 50 – 60 pounds
• Additional general Shipping / Receiving duties as necessary
• Monday through Friday schedule 6:00 am-2:30 pm
