Job summary

Imperial Brady in Franklin, MA is seeking a Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver to handle a daily route, unload with hand tools, pallet jack and lift gate, and deliver to customer locations.

The schedule is Monday–Friday from 5am-2pm (until finished); pay is $28.93/hour, with a $1.25 hazmat premium and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL B).
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds).
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations on a daily route.

• Track and document activity logs.
• Report issues to dispatch.

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driverwill be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer‑designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5am-2pm (until finished)

Hourly Rate: $28.93/hour + 1.25 for HAZMAT endorsement & a $5000 Sign-on Bonus!

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
