Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our team. You will deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes, ensuring safety and customer service at every stop.

This role keeps families warm year-round and offers a home-night schedule with community involvement. The position requires a Class A or B CDL with endorsements or ability to obtain quickly, a good driving record, and the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend deliveries.
