Job summary

Helms & Sons Excavating, Inc. is seeking experienced Dump Truck drivers with a Class A or B CDL to join our crew near Findlay, OH. We offer starting wages of $18–$24 per hour with room for negotiation for proven experience and a clean record.

We also consider training drivers who are new to the CDL path. We pride ourselves on a family-owned culture, home nights, competitive health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and potential profit sharing for full-time drivers committed to our growth and safety

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A/B with dump truck experience preferred.
• Experience operating dump trucks and hauling materials.
• Clean driving record and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks to haul materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Keep accurate logs and perform basic vehicle inspections.
