Job summary

APTIM is seeking a qualified driver to support cleanup of contaminated soils in Jacobsville, IN. Under supervision of Construction Manager, you will transport contaminated soils from and clean fill to residential properties.

You will operate 5-7 yd end dumps and other trucks, follow safety rules, and wear PPE. The role requires CDL, 3 years' experience, local residency, and ability to lift 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• CDL license is required.
• Licensed to drive dump trucks on public roadways.
• Minimum 3 years' experience and live locally (daily commute) to Jacobsville (Evansville), IN.
• Previous environmental project work preferred.
• Requires physical strength, stamina, flexibility, and dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Preferred applicant will have current OSHA HAZWOPER training.
• To be considered, applicants must provide a resume documenting verifiable experience when applying.
• Dependable transportation and cell phone service.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $35 per hour. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
