Job summary

Monroe Tractor & Implement Co. in New York is seeking a Truck Driver to safely operate Monroe Tractor vehicles and transport equipment for the dealership.

The role requires a CDL-A license and at least 1 year of semi-trailer experience, with preference for those who have transported large agricultural equipment. The driver will transport equipment to/from customers and between dealer facilities, help with equipment delivery to customers, and maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries in

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as semi‑trailer truck operator.
• 1+ years' experience transporting large agricultural equipment preferred.
• CDL- A license.
• Low Boy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities.
• Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed.
• Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts.
• Load and unload equipment; must tie down loads securing equipment with chains, binders, and traps.
• Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, and company policy.
• Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties.
• May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition.
• May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required.
