JOB SUMMARY:

The Truck Delivery Driver (Unit Transport Driver) is responsible for delivering and picking up trucks at various locations and for different customers.

** Due to federally mandated DOT regulations, Truck Enterprises is a drug-free workplace. Employment offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screening.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver trucks to and from different branch locations.
2. Drive new and used trucks as needed.
3. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT/logbook rules.
4. Complete all necessary paperwork and driver logs.
5. Perform other duties as assigned and directed.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read and understand English instructions and information.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Professional personal appearance.
4. Valid Class A or B CDL Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
5. Job-related experience is required.
6. Ability to perform basic math, understand written procedures, write routine documents, and follow safety practices and procedures.
