Job summary

Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc. is seeking a Body Shop Painter to join our Omaha team. The position is full-time with an hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $35.00, based on experience. Shift is Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. A comprehensive benefits package and training are provided.

Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, matching paints, applying top coats to factory standards, and performing light to medium body repairs while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have your own tools.
• Fiberglass experience is a plus but not required.
• Body Shop certification or two-year degree preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and can work in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, physical & fit test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by degreasing and masking.
• Mix paints to match vehicle colors and apply top coats to factory standards.
• Follow all safety protocols in a Body Shop setting.
• Perform light to medium body repairs as needed.
