Job summary

Morgan Truck Body in Riverside, CA is hiring a Production Associate (Manufacturing Assembler) for the 2nd shift. You’ll be hands-on building full truck bodies, reading blueprints, cutting materials, assembling components, and safely operating tools to keep production moving.

No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training covers basic math, tape measurement, and blueprint reading. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior manufacturing or truck-body experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred, especially with truck bodies.
• Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, specs and safety requirements accurately.
• Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws and shears.
• Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets and other hardware.
• Safely operate pneumatic and hand tools.
• Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete safety and quality checks to maintain a safe workplace.
