Morgan Truck Body is hiring a Production Associate (Manufacturing Assembler) for the 1st shift in Riverside, CA. You will assemble full truck bodies, read blueprints, cut materials, and fasten components with common hardware while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires high school diploma or GED and basic math skills.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience with truck bodies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, specs and safety requirements.
• Cut wood and metal to specifications using saws and related equipment.
• Assemble components using bolts, screws, rivets and hardware.
• Operate pneumatic and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
• Complete required safety and quality checks.
