Responsibilities include installing bed covers, running boards, lighting systems, lift kits, and towing equipment, plus trailer repair support and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand and power tools used in auto accessory installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation specs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues.
• Effective teamwork skills in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Install bed covers, liners, toolboxes, towing equipment, running boards, lighting systems, lift kits, and more while meeting manufacturer specs.
• Inspect and test installations for safety and quality; troubleshoot and resolve issues on existing installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep the shop organized and report damaged tools to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with sales and other installers to clarify customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete work orders accurately and document deviations or additional labor.
• Stay updated on new products and industry trends by attending training sessions and workshops.
