Job description

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and outfit truck chassis and inspection vehicles per detailed instructions
• Install components, cabinets, accessories, and specialized equipment
• Read and interpret basic drawings, dimensions, and assembly layouts
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow the daily production schedule and complete tasks on time
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and tool accountability
• Perform quality checks throughout the build process
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong interest in mechanical assembly and learning how things fit together
• Physically able to lift over 15 pounds and perform tasks throughout an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions
• Team player with dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction, framing, maintenance, fabrication, or mechanical background preferred
• No prior manufacturing experience required — we train motivated people!
