The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the product lifecycle management and engineering application support functions in support of the company’s existing product portfolio. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and hands‑on engineering execution.

Employee will occasionally lift up to 35 lbs. Noise level is minimal with intervals of spikes. Required to wear safety glasses and utilize safety equipment while present on the shop floor. Occasional travel to customer or distributor locations for support or training may be required.
The compensation range for this position is $124,000.00 – $186,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for a performance based bonus plan.
