Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a dynamic General Manager in Utah to lead cafe operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in restaurant or fast-casual.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in front and back of house.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
