Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking a Driver for the Scottsdale Trolley to provide safe, reliable transportation and excellent customer service. You’ll perform pre-trip inspections, assist riders, and use tablets and GPS for schedules. CDL Class A or B with a Passenger Endorsement is required, along with a clean driving record and the ability to work with mobility devices.

The role demands 21+ years of age, a valid U.S. license, and adherence to DOT/ADA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license for past 3 years required.
• Arizona CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (PE) required.
• No major violations in past 5–7 years; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills and customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility device safety.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off.
• Complete pre-trip, post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
