Title: TRMC Website Customer Support

KBR is seeking a TRMC Website Customer Support individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

Serving as Information Technology Project Support as a Technical Representative for key IT projects. Assist TRMC employees set up web pages in Confluence and JIRA Identifies and implements opportunities for improving project management efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for implementing best practices to bring about the successful completion of TRMC specific Information Technology related project goals and objectives for assigned projects. Work with external agencies, services, and organizations, both government and commercial sector, to ensure the TRMC remains current while integrating the TRMC IT requirements within DoW as well as Enterprise standards. One year of specialized experience equivalent Overseeing and ensuring the achievement of all project goals and objectives while honoring the project constraints. Implementing best practices to bring about the successful completion of Information Technology related project goals and objectives for assigned projects.

Requirements
  • Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
  • Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
  • Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
  • Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc..) Experience with Atlassian Products is a bonus!!

Basic Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 (For Virginia, DC and Maryland Only) The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
