Job summary

Tekla Research, Inc. seeks a MQ-4 Triton Fleet Release Lead at NAS Patuxent River, MD to coordinate test and evaluation for fleet deployment. You will work with government, contractor, and fleet stakeholders to plan, resource, and lead upgrades.

The role requires a strong engineering background, leadership in integrated test teams, and experience with test planning, requirements development, and data analysis for complex aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of NAVAIR/NAWCAD engineering experience.
• 3+ years of engineering functions in support, research or development of mechanical, electrical or aerospace systems.
• Masters degree may be waived to a Bachelor's with six additional years of experience.
• Integrated Test Team leadership and coordination.
• Collaboration between government, contractor and fleet stakeholders on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of MQ-4 Triton Fleet Release test and evaluation in support of fleet deployment.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, requirements, staffing and capabilities with MQ-4 Integrated Test Team, PMA-262, Northrop Grumman and external vendors.
• Setup and run coordination meetings, create schedules, track required resources and determine test team priorities.
• Interface with project teams to address project objectives.
