Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
• Portfolio showing strong visual quality and premium brand content.
• Bias to action: take direction and execute quickly.
• Experience with professional camera gear and comfort shooting with iPhone.
• Experience flying a drone.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN within a reasonable commute.

Responsibilities

• Shoot onsite video to reflect Bolt Farm's premium brand and guest experience.
• Capture founder-led, property-led, and guest-experience moments that feel elevated.
• Edit footage from raw to finished video for posting.
• Plan shots, sequencing, and reusable content during shoots.
• Run live AV production for virtual trainings and the Bolt podcast.
• Organize footage and assets for easy reuse over time.
