BOLT FARM in Whitwell, TN is seeking a hands-on videographer and editor who can also act as a content producer. You’ll ship high-quality video quickly to support the brand’s premium hospitality story.

You’ll shoot, edit, and produce founder-led, property-led, and guest-experience content with fast turnarounds, drone capability, and a producer mindset to plan shots for reuse across social, campaigns, and long-form storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Portfolio showing premium brand content.
• Bias to action with quick execution in startup/founder-led environments.
• Experience with professional gear and drone filming.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN within an hour's commute.

Responsibilities

• Shooting onsite video shoots reflecting BOLT FARM's premium brand and guest experience.
• Capture founder-led, property-led, and guest-experience moments that feel elevated and true to the experience.
• Editing: own footage from raw through final delivery.
• Bring a producer's mind: plan shots, sequence stories, and identify moments for best content in the moment.
• Run live AV production for virtual trainings and the BOLT podcast.
• Manage footage, project files, and assets so content can be reused and repurposed.
