Job summary

Hubbardton Forge is seeking a Video Content Creator to craft visual storytelling across our brand, product, and marketing channels. The role blends on-site shoot days with in-studio editing, and rapid-turnaround cuts for social and digital platforms, taking projects from concept to final delivery.

You will work with our Marketing team for brand-consistent content, with on-site commitment 3–4 days a week and an option to work remotely 1–2 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional videography/content creation experience.
• Strong skills with video cameras, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and social-first content.
• Comfortable working on-site 3–4 days/week for shoots and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product features, brand campaigns, social media, and showroom video displays.
• Capture B-roll, interviews, and process/environmental footage.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce and program high-resolution content for showroom videowalls.
• Maintain consistent brand look, feel, and tone across all video content.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files.
• Assist with lighting, audio, and on-site production setup.

About the Role

Hubbardton Forge is looking for a Video Content Creator to create visual storytelling across our brand, product, and marketing channels. The role is roughly split between on-site and in-studio(shoots, interviews, product features) and fast-turnaround editing for social and digital platforms. You’ll take a project from concept through final delivery, working closely with our Marketing team.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of professional videography/content creation experience

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or motion graphics
• BrightSign programming experience (or interest in learning it)
• Experience producing for both long-form and short-form formats
