• Must be a certified teacher in Oklahoma or have previously held teacher certification.
• Demonstrated dependability, leadership ability, and strong moral character.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high school students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to supporting first-generation and income-eligible college-bound students.
• Experience working with TRIO or similar outreach programs is preferred.
