Job summary

Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is seeking a Program Coordinator for the TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program. This role supports operations, communications, events, and student engagement to ensure high participation and compliance with TRIO SSS services.

Under the Project Director, the Program Coordinator will handle outreach, onboarding, event planning, and collaboration with TRIO SSS Advisors to deliver services and activities that promote access, retention, and success for

Qualifications

Associate or higher required.
Two (2) years of professional experience in education, student services, event coordination, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate TRIO SSS events, workshops, campus visits, and student programming.
Support outreach and recruitment activities for TRIO SSS students.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and participant engagement.
Communicate with TRIO SSS participants via email, phone, Canvas, CampusGroups and other platforms.
Maintain program records and documentation in systems such as StudentAccess, Navigate360, CampusGroups, Banner, DegreeWorks, or similar.
Support data collection, reporting, and documentation for TRIO SSS program and grant compliance.
Coordinate with campus departments and community partners to connect students with resources.
